Building Resilient Families
I help families navigate the challenges of loving someone who struggles with severe mental illness or significant emotional dysregulation with greater understanding, confidence, and compassion. My mission is to empower families to create meaningful change, even when circumstances feel overwhelming, and hope seems out of reach.
Since 2017, I have supported families by teaching practical, evidence-based skills rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). These tools help reduce conflict, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and foster healthier, more connected relationships. Through years of lived experience and hands-on work with families, I understand the unique challenges that arise when love and mental illness intersect.
As a Family Relationship Coach, I provide compassionate, personalized guidance that meets you where you are. Together, we'll develop practical strategies to help you respond more effectively, communicate more skillfully, and navigate difficult situations with greater clarity and confidence. My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping families build stronger relationships while maintaining their own well-being.
No matter how stuck, exhausted, or discouraged you may feel, you don't have to walk this journey alone. With the right tools, support, and perspective, healing and hope are possible. Together, we can create a path forward that brings greater peace, connection, and resilience to your family.
Coaching families with compassion, practical skills, and hope—because relationships can grow stronger, even under pressure.™
